On Thursday Oct. 28, a Popeyes restaurant in Washington, DC, was closed for “health code violations” following the release of shocking video showing rats running around in the kitchen, and climbing the walls.

A TikTok video recorded on Oct. 11 shows a man claiming to be delivering raw chicken enter the restaurant located at 409 8th St. SE, in D.C.’s Eastern Market. Since the video was posted, it has received over 450,000 views on Tik Tok.
