Shalom! Shalom! Here is my third video on Autism. In this video we discuss the top 10 positives traits in autistic people and how autism could be considered a superpower. Yes, us autistic people have amazing strengths! How many of these autism traits help you?

T my fellow autistic adults, you rock and I love you so much, your kindness is incredible and I want to say thank you for being here!

Dear non autistic parents, this video will hopefully help you understand that an autism diagnosis is a GOOD THING! Your child WILL grow up to be a amazing person capable of anything they dream. This list of traits have come from people within the autism community that I know personally and are based on my own experiences. For further information please check out the links below.

Too many people focus on the negatives when it comes to Autism and Neurodiversity, so this video is all about focusing on the common traits within the autism community that might just be the key to making the world a better place. For example, we have great attention to detail, memory skills, and are less likely to be judgemental compared to our neurotypical peers.

This video also gives examples of how and why certain autism traits have been superpowers for me and a short story on how to autism communnity have provided the best support when my mental health was struggling.

This video is designed to be a useful tool and guide to anyone who is autistic, has an autistic person in their family or friendship circle, or someone who works in SEN teaching or caring, gain a better understanding on what it’s like to be autistic and how to better support us in the autism community. If you’d like to use this video please email me at slphotos@outlook.com

I was diagnosed ASD at 16 and then ADHD at 22. My goal is to raise autism awareness and acceptance with a series of videos that explain and offer mental health support to anyone who is neurodiverse or struggles with anxiety.
