This video is an update on the ongoing effusive eruption at la soufriere volcano in St vincent and the Grenadines as of 3rd January 2021. The volcano is still in an effusive eruption state and the country is on an Orange alert. This video explains the difference between an explosive and effusive eruption. We also look at the key infromation surrounding the current events. The UWI have sent a mission to st vincent and they have installed monitoring equipment on the island and are currently observing the volcanoes activities.
