Heartbreaking DMX Last Moments Before His Death.

On April 7, DMX’s manager, Steve Rifkind, stated stated he was comatose and that he was set to undergo tests to determine his brain’s functionality which would allow his family to, “determine what’s best from there”.

Simmons was pronounced dead at age 50 on April 9, 2021 after suffering cardiac arrest, according to a statement released by his family.
May his soul rest in Peace.
